Indonesia the third larges after China and India. Survey results in the Village of Bonda Kasemany there were to Indonesia many barriers and obstacles encountered in the implementation of Hepatitis B-0 immunization infants = 7 days. The purpose of this study was to the precision factor of giving Hepatitis B-0 immunization in the Village of Bonda Kase Natal District. This type of research is explanatory research. The population is all mother who have babies 0-1 years and resides in the Village of Bonda KaseNatal District .In 2018 as many as 271 people. The samples were all mothers have babies 0-1 years, have recorded the statements KMS midwife and resides in the Village of Bonda KaseNatal District as many as 103 people. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analyzed through the stages of univariate, bivariate use test chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression using multiple statistical tests at 95% significance level. The results of the bivariate analysis suggests that predisposing factors (work and knowledge), supporting factors (birth attendant and birth place) and the drivers (support of husband/ family) regarding the accuracy awarding the work of HB-0 (p=0.001;RP=6, 20; 95% CI=3.75-10.26), knowledge(p=0.013; RP=0.85; 95% CI=0.75-0.97), birth attendant(p=0.001;RP=3,63; 95% CI=2.06-6.40), where deliveries (p=0.001;RP=2.61; 95% CI=1.56-4.36), and the support of husband/family(p=0.001;RP=0.38; 95% CI=0.31-0.47). It is suggested that a working mother and gave birth athomeas soon as possible in order to provide immunizations HB-0 to a baby with a baby to the nearest health facility when the baby is0-7 day sold.

This study examined the relationship between social media adoption for customer relations and organizational effectiveness of deposit money banks in Bayelsa State. The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between social media adoption for customer relations and the measures of organizational effectiveness (goal attainment and competitiveness), these guided the formulation of the research hypotheses as well as the development of the research questionnaire. One hundred and thirty six copies of the research questionnaire were distributed to respondents who are bank management cadre employees cutting across the five deposit money banks constitute the sample size for this study which were determined using the Taro Yamane’s sample size determination formula. However, only one hundred and ten (110) copies of the questionnaire were valid for the analysis, these valid questionnaire were analyzed using the Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Coefficient and the summary of our results revealed that strong positive relationship exist between social media adoption for customer relations and the measures of organizational effectiveness. The study thus concluded that social media communication ensures a better performance for the deposit money banks in Bayelsa State and consequently, organizational effectiveness. Based on the findings the following recommendations were proffered: Management of the deposit money banks in Bayelsa State and indeed other States should build a strong media space that will create an opportunity for the banks to reach out to their various customers in an effective interrelations that will allow the banks identify and define the challenges of customers and work fast to resolve such challenges; deposit money banks should create an active social media platform the will allow a two way flow of information between the banks and their customer to enable entertain customers complains and make quick and swift response to attend to the general needs of their customers.

To date, there is no effective prophylactic agent to prevent COVID-19. However, the development of symptoms similar to covid19 could be prevented with an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide (ClO2). This retrospective study evaluated the effectiveness of an aqueous solution of ClO2 (CDS) as a prophylactic agent in 1,163 family members living with positive/suspected COVID19 patients. Prophylactic treatment consisted of 0.0003% chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) orally for at least fourteen days. Family members in whom no reports of the development of covid19-like symptoms were found in the medical history were considered successful cases. The efficacy of CDS in preventing covid19-like symptoms was 90.4% (1,051 of 1,163 relatives did not report any symptoms). The comorbidities, sex and severity of the illness of the sick patient did not contribute to the development of symptoms similar to covid19 (P = 0.092, P = 0.351 and P = 0.574, respectively). However, older relatives were more likely to develop covid19-like symptoms (ORa = 4.22, P = 0.002). There was no evidence of alterations in blood parameters or in the QTc interval in relatives who consumed CDS. The recent findings regarding Chlorine Dioxide justify designing clinical trials to assess its efficacy for preventing SARS-CoV-2 infection.

It often coexist with prolapse of the vaginal walls, involving the bladder or rectum. A surgical treatment for uterine prolapse is hysterectomy. Changes in pelvic anatomic structure due to hysterectomy can result in impaired pelvic function because of nerve or pelvic muscle structure damage during surgery. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the presence of pelvic floor dysfunction in uterine prolapse patients who have undergone Total Vaginal Hysterectomy (TVH) surgery at Dr Sardjito General Hospital, from November 2018 to September 2019. Evaluations were carried out using Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory (PFDI) questionnaire. Methods: This study is an analytical descriptive research, using secondary data taken from patient’s medical records at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital Yogyakarta. It uses The Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory (PFDI) questionnaire, which consisted of 3 assessment groups, those are Pelvic Organ Prolapse Distress Inventory 6 (POPDI-6), Colorectal-Anal Distress Inventory 8m(CRADI 8), and Urinary Distress Inventory 6 (UDI- 6). The inclusion criteria of this study were patients with diagnoses of uterine prolapse, cystocele and rectocele, who could be contacted and gave consent to conduct telephone interview. Results: There were 14 patients that met the inclusion criteria, they are uterine prolapse, cystocele and rectocele patients with a history of TVH procedure, were assessed using PFDI questionnaire. All patients did not have any pelvic floor dysfunction either from the POPDI-6, CRADI-8 or UDI-6 assessment groups. The weakness of this evaluation is that the PFDI postoperative value cannot be compared with before surgery, so it cannot be proven that the absence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the patient concerned is a positive result of the surgery performed, or not give significant changes. Conclusion: There is no pelvic floor dysfunction in patients with a history of TVH procedure on the indication of uterine prolapse, which was performed at Dr Sardjito General Hospital Yogyakarta.

This study aims to find out the meaning of physical activity of indigenous people about the process of implementing traditionals rituals that provide references to physical education, social and cultural impacts, as well as positive impacts for daily life in the survival of baduy people. Researchers have explored the physical activity of local wisdom in Baduy indigenous people as a viewpoint or way of life of the past that can be applied to its values in the present. This research uses interactive qualitative method that is ethnographic by doing description and analysis of a community based on field research. Research informants are traditional leaders of the Baduy indigenous people and youth in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. Data collection in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study, get the meaning of physical activity in farming culture by grouping based on the stages of farming activities of the Baduy people such as Narawas, Nyacar, Nukuh, Ngaduruk, Ngaseuk, Ngirab Sawan, Mipit, Made, Ngunjal, Ngayaran, Ngawalu, and Seba. This pattern of farming activities is not just a job but a religious obligation. Therefore, the youth of the Baduy community have good body resistance (fit), the formation of attitudes (character), and various motor activities, so that they can be a reference in physical education and community fitness.

Africa contributes only 3.9% in air traffic, but records 19% of aviation accidents, in terms of fatalities. High accident rates are attributed to poor compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs). This study analyzed the prevalence of aircraft accidents in the youngest African country, South Sudan, which obtained independence in July 9, 2011. The quantitative study examined aviation accident databases to determine the number of aircraft accidents in South Sudan, the aircraft manufacturers and aircraft models, number of fatalities, and causes of accidents, categorized as pilot error, technical failure, air traffic control, or weather-related events. The accidents were collected from the Aviation Safety Network (ASN) database, which is maintained by the Flight Safety Foundation. A total of 83 accident cases were examined, with 32 satisfying the criteria of accidents covering the July 2011 to May 2021 period. The findings show that Antonov aircrafts account for a majority of the accidents (31.25%), followed by Cessna (21.88%) and LET (15.63%). The 32 aircrafts involved in the accidents were carrying 378 occupants, 72 occupants died, representing a fatality rate of 19.5%. Antonov (66.67%) and LET (27.7%) contributed the greatest fatalities. In terms of accident causes, technical failures (46.9%) and pilot errors (43.8%) were the most dominant causes. Weather-related conditions only contributed to 9.4% of all the cases investigated. These results show that South Sudan continues to suffer from poor aviation infrastructure, poor compliance to internationally recognized SARPs.

This research shows. (1) It can be seen that the amount of adjusted R square value is 0.743 or 74.3% This shows that the Work Motivation Variable (X1) and Work Environment Variable (X2) can explain the Employee Performance Variable (Y) of 74.3% , the remaining 25.7% (100% - 74.3%) is explained by other variables outside the research model. (2) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the obtained tcount is 4,750 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 34-2 = 32) the ttable value is 1,694. From the description it can be seen that tcount (4,750) > ttable (1.694), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). (3) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the tcount value is 5.915 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 34-2 = 32) the ttable value is 1.694. From the description it can be seen that tcount (5.915) > ttable (1.694), and the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that the value of Fcount (48.721) > Ftable (3.30), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X1), Variable Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on Employee Performance Variables (Y).

The objective of this study is to find out the impact of riba avoidance motivation and product knowledge towards decision to be Islamic banks customers. Previous studies found that Muslim societies chose Islamic banks because they are interest-free. However, other studies also found that most Islamic banks customers do not have sufficient knowledge about Islamic bank products. Using the quantitative method, this study surveyed the effect of riba avoidance and product knowledge towards intention becoming Islamic bank costumers. There were thirty respondents who were chosen accidentally. Questions were distributed manually to the Islamic banks customers. Our study found that riba avoidance and product knowledge significantly affect the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks in Palu City. This is proven by the sig-F value of 0.000, which is smaller than Alpha 0.05. At the same time, partially, the motivation to riba avoidance and product knowledge has a significant effect on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks. Our findings highlight that Islamic banks should focus on providing more free riba products to attract more Muslim customers. In addition, customers knowledge of Islamic banks products should also become the banks focus for improvement.

Technology has always flourished for the gain of mankind. Broadly speaking, all cellular phones, laptops and computers belong to technological devices. Thus, students used these devices for learning. This quantitative inquiry investigated the use of technological devices of students and its relationship to their academic performance. Hence, a researcher-made questionnaire was utilized to answer the descriptive and inferential questions. It was found out that there is no significant difference between the use of technological devices and the academic performance of students. But there was a significant relationship found between the two variables. A recommendation on the use of both traditional method and use of technological devices was made to augment and improve the learning needs of the students.

The behavior of variation of dielectric constant with temperature of solid solution of Cadmium Acetate Cd(C2H3O2)2 with Aluminium (III) Oxide Al2O3 and other dielectric parameters have been measured between the temperatures 35°C to 100°C using the capacitance bridge model ZENITH-FM89A and Q meter at the frequency of 2000 Hz. In the measurement, it have been observed that the compound has lower value of dielectric constant (e = 1580) below 36ºC, which rises upto a value of 5600 at the moderate temperature of 45ºC. After this temperature, the dielectric constant of compound decreases upto the value of nearly 3521 at the temperature of 75ºC and a high peak at the temperature of 76°C (e = 7000) in the heating cycle curve with some fluctuations.. When the variation of dielectric constant was studied in cooling cycle the peak was observed at 62ºC(e = 6500), above and below this temperature dielectric constant decreases with some intermediate fluctuations and by increasing aluminium oxide content in the mother compound, its quality factor also increases with a little effect on dielectric constant. The cooling cycle curve does not follow heating curve because of the relaxor behaviour of the compound. The results have been explained on the basis of crystal structure changes and the possibility of free internal rotation of acetate groups within the crystal lattice at elevated temperature. One of the advantages of Cd(C2H3O2)2 with Al2O3 is that by varying the Aluminium Oxide content, one can control temperature coefficient of resonant frequency tf without affecting the other properties. This is important for many ferroelectric applications because tf of near about low value is not always required. A non-zero tf is often preferable to compensate for frequency variation due to the effect of temperature change on the resonator housing and dielectric support structure. Solid solution of Cadmium Acetate with Aluminium Oxide suggests for its valuable applications as dielectric material with excellent properties useful in ceramics engineering and communication system.

The advert of entrepreneurship development has played significant role in provision of employment opportunities both in developing and developed nations. This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurship program on job creations in Nigeria. The study was carried out at Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. The study employed Survey research. Cronbach Alpha method was used to determine the reliability at .075. The study involves 262 small business owners who accepted to be part of the sample population. The selected business field includes; welders (60), tailors (75) and hair salon owners (127) within the city of Calabar. A structured Questionnaire was used as the major instrument in collection of data. Multistage Cluster random sampling was used to determine the sample size. Simple percentage and multiple regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses with the help of SPSS version 25. The results from hypotheses one and two reveals that there a significant and positive relationship between program transparency, program continuity and job creation while result from hypothesis three reveals a significant but negative relationship between youth commitment and job creations. The study therefore, recommended that the organizers of the programs should eliminate every form of bias in training and equipping the trained participants. Entrepreneurship programs should be design with a long term strategic plans so as to ensure sustainability and continuity of such programs. The entrepreneurship program should be design in a way that only person(s) that have passion, zeal and interest in such program should be selected.
